Just wanted to drop a quick note to commend Subhash and the support team. No matter what the issue is, we always get a fast response. Even if will take longer to fix the issue, its nice to be in the loop and have that communication even if its just a note saying that the problem is being worked on. I just wanted to let you know that I ran the new Path Maintenance tool for Attachments in our Development db (version 5.4.4.30a) yesterday. I was able to use the tool to correct 164 broken attachment links in Production! Most of those have probably been broken for five years or more. The tool works great!
